Artists with mtn

I noticed that every day there is money deducted from my mtn account. I call mtn call centre and they tell me i subscribe to smart call technoligy. I dont know this company and didnt supscripe to any thing via email or sms. Why is it only mtn clients getting ripped off? Im for mtn and their corruption and sneeky way to try and do bussines.
