What Cancellation Fee

I am so upset, I signed up with them in April 2013 and wanted to cancel my subscription yesterday as this supscription was not working for me. I sent an email to cancel my subscription and no reply so I called to find out I was then told I must pay a R600 cancellation fee, I was not even aware I was in a contract I was told to qualify for a holiday I need to be a member for 12 months never was I told I was bound to a contract and I signed nothing. So I've paid 359 150 now I must pay 600 for what? This is a real rip off!! Unbelievable
