I made an EFT for a certain amount to the Powertime bank account to upload my PayGenius wallet to buy electricity but my wallet stayed empty. I contacted the Powertime Support Team via email. Whithin a few minutes my wallet was loaded and the problem solved. This is what I call SERVICE! Thank you Powertime!
