Logbook woes

After completing medical school, all doctors are required to register with the HPCSA as a medical intern. We pay a fee and in return, we expect a log book and a card - among other documents, yet I have spent nearly a year and a half patiently waiting, then wrangling, then complaining to no avail. No logbook. No relief.

The logbook, incidentally, is the cornerstone of the internship process and it is quite impossible to move on without it - and it's already 16 months overdue. I have been in touch with many people in this organisation, most recently Ms. Matseleng Mokgosi, who gave me a tracking number two months ago. Only after inquiring for the umpteenth time after this tracking number was issued did they send anything. Now imagine my chagrin when I opened the envelope to find not the materials I had expected, but a think A4 manual of regulations and procedures that aren't relevant to me,

This has gone from a simple query to an urgency due to wasted time
