Earlier today i walked into the said bakery. after ordering my goods i was told there are no doughnuts and i was told i can wait . 30 minutes later when the doughnuts came out of the machine it was given to someone who just walked in. i asked why it happened i just received a cold stare from all the staff and the owner who was at the till. myself and my sister was entirely ignored to a point that i walked out of the bakery. i have been supporting them from the days they were in a 100 square meter unit. now they are a multi franchise and the service has gone down the gutter, communication and customer satisfaction either makes or breaks you mr quality bake. this has left a very bad taste in my mouth. i called the store and i received a long lecture and the fact that its my opinion . sorry but ur cakes have more personality than your staff or management!!!
