WEnt to Wimpy Mlavern today (31/.3/2013) at around 1430 hours for soft serve takeaway. 2 cones and 1 cup with flakes. WAlked up to the counter where 3 staff were - 2 were more interested in blowing up bolloons using some pump thing nad the other sat behind the till.
I had to ask to place a take away order which is poor service in the industry as far as I am concerned. 5 minutes later the ice creams arrive - A cream colour not the usula white. Anyway I took them as I though in the heat (26 degrees) softserve sometimes has issues. Started to eat them and it was awful - was told by them it is slightly different because of the heat.
At least they were cold - took them to the car and simply could not eat them - all 3 ended up in the gutter. THis is my second visit to the Wimpy in Malvern in 3 weeks and the service is so poor I would be ashamed to be the franchsie owner of the store.
Others also left the store complaining as they walked passed me. This Wimpy has deterioted in my opinion over the last 7 months despite the centre having gone through an upgrade.
