I have constantly been receiving sms's from said attorneys relating to a capital data that has outstanding payments. The first time round I politely called the number provided to advise that they have the incorrect contact details. I was assured that I would not be receiving sms's any longer. Today is the umpteenth time that I have contacted them to remove my details from their system! This is harassment and if this does not seize I will be taking legal action against them!
