Still no feedback on previous complaint

Since my last report I have not got any feedback what so ever - but they are still calling me regarding the matter... they are very quick to call and ask for money but they are never wanting to sort out the matter at hand 6 years and counting now I hand it over to the ombudsman as I am sick of this
