Over the past "years" we had letters, emails, sms's, and phone calls from VVM regarding our Joburg connect account. Does not matter what you tell these people, they keep on threatening us, and went as far as phoning my Father in Law also smsing him about our account. How embarrasing!!! Althought we are not at fault here!! Our meter was replace with a new one in June 2009, since July 2009 We've been billed for the new as well the old meter. They estimate an amount for the old meter and keep on billing us. I've been in touch with the DA, and they have taken this upon themself to try and assist us. We have reference numbers available, but still these monkeys does not understand. Same with my Son's MTN acc, he cancelled the account, this has been long gone sorted out, and my Son already has a NEW contract with MTN. PLEASE fire the lot, and employ people with half a brain!!!
