Incorrect invoicing

My Account with MBD A3786015 was handed over by MTN in Oct 2011. The total amount outstanding was R4695.90. I made payments amounting to R1800. upon enquiring about the amount outstandin in Jan 2013 was told that its R4438.00 much to my surprise. I requested for a payment analysis from the Finance Dept of which I got. Getting MBD to explain and validate why the intial outstanding amount when the debt was handed over is not going down... I did not get a clear explanation. Have tried contacting their call centre so many a times but you keep explaining your case every time you make an enquiry. There is no continuity in the Customer Care. Dealt with some many including Louise whom I emailed and had promised to revert back and never. Spoke to Bulelwa again. instead I got another letter of demand without the correct amount. Am puzzled as to what and how they calculate. Infact what I figured out from the telecon on 19/03 was they charge for telephone calls but do not indicate them for the customer to see. Everytime MBD phones a customer they charge a silent R8.50. I hope my case will receive attention and be resolved amicably.
