I have recieved a sms to pay and altonet account that i do not have. for 3 years now already. I have spoken to Ivy, Sifiso, R Nkosi and Portia, no luck. They put you on hold, do not returs your emails, legal department do not return emails, you can not speak to manageger, uses over R330 air time to solve problem no luck. i want a manager to contact me please or we can go to court now. But I will take all emails, smse and letters with me to court. I will also take it further as only complaining on Hello Peter.
