I receive a minimum of two phone calls every day (some after hours) at my work and my cell phone and sms trying to collect on debt that is apparently outstanding 6 years ago.
The complaints officer says "The matter has been addressed and resolved amicably." which is NOT true. This harassment is not legal and if this is not stopped immediately I will seek legal help and the costs will not be for my account!
