She needs to work on her attitude

I have called more than 6 times. Even after explaining to Busi that the extention that she is putting me through there is no response she kept putting me through. All this time she has been putting e through because she says her name when she picks up the phone then when i told her i am going to complain she then wants to tell me that she is not the only one at reception however the person who answered my calls introduced herself as Busi. Its just so sad on the way people treat clients on the phone. Some customer service if i must say so myself.
