Incompetent people and shocking service

I received a garnish order from IL GREYLING ATTORNEYS and the Legal letter stated i have to pay X amount for 28 months. I have being paying X amount for 24 months now and request a settlement. I have phone them from last over 25 - 40 times on my expense. No one is going to pay that but me and still i have no answer on a settlemet. As a client who is prepared to pay the amount i feel i have been treated unfairly and im prepared to take this matter further.
