I had the pleasure of dealing with Jamila Kitup on the phone on 11 February 2013.
In one short phone call, she managed to sort out three issues I had, and was able to do in five minutes, what many of her colleagues could not do in months!
I am more than impressed and hope that she gets the service recognition she so deserves! I have kept her details on file should I ever need assistance with MBD again as I know it will go straight to where it needs to be!
Good for you, Jamila! You deserve a day off and a raise!!
