Shapiro Shaik de Fries is the most pathetic firm. I have been paying off my Edgars account for 13 months and not once have my account been updated. I emailed various times regarding this matter, but with no response. I phoned the call center and they said I must fax them the proof of payments and they will get back to me. I did, but they didn't get back to me! Only after I had send a snoty email, a rude lady named Angy phoned me and said she did receive my faxes and will send it on to Edgars and get back to me, and she put the phone down in my ear. Still no one got back to me! I received a sms stating that I must pay my account and the amount was included, but clearly an inaccurate amount. I want to pay my account, but it is not updated on their system, what is the problem? Does Edgars not want my money? Do they deliberately ignore me just to get interest every month?
