I joined debt review in 2016, and kept sending emails for assistance and no replies even after I asked them to cancel the debt review. Received a response weeks later stating I have a court order and I cannot cancel, I continued sending emails and decided to stop paying as nobody is assisting me. Even so I kept sending emails and calling and did not get any assistance, my accounts were not paid instead their admin fees were higher then what they paid my accounts.
I then began paying my accounts only to find out that my accounts are in arears with almost double the amounts that was owing.
And now 4 years later all they are doing is apologising and saying according to the NCR law they cannot remove my name from court order and they cannot assist me, I should settle my accounts myself. they are such a terrible company the biggest mistake of my life was to join debt review with them. To top it all off, the agent went and stated I am over indebted when I was not over indebted. Yes today I am because of these arears.
