Staff at the call centre is incompetent and rude. Received an sms from SSDA saying I owe Iburst money for an account closed in 2008 already. 17/12/2013 I was told they will revert back to me but guess what.
Today got a call, supervisor not available always. Phone call dropped 3 times in my ear. Send an email to [Email Removed] and will see the response.
