Attempts have been made to try and get more information, including full statement, fees, charges, interests etc on the above mentioned dates in twee week intervals via the formal email correspondence channels since September 2013 with no response.
I have since then confirmed that since the last payment date is more than three years ago, the debt is in fact prescribed, and I would appreciate it if this could be recorded as my defense, and as such, no further communication and/or phonecalls and/or harassment will originate from any representative of your organisation, unless reason can be shown as to why prescription would not apply.
A dispute has also been logged with all credit bureaus stating prescription, and asking for the profile information to be updated accordingly.
