I have received 12 emails in the last few weeks demanding payment for a staff member who hasn't worked at our business for more than 6 years. Every time I send a request to remove the email address, Zilwa responds with another demand.
It seems from my responses, Zilwa has now picked up my email and is now sending these demands directly to me for payment. I am not going to pay these accounts for the ex-employee, and I want you to stop harassing me for the payment.
I have "read receipts" from Sekoli Tsatsi in your office who, it seems, does not understand, or note my requests. Please remove these addresses from your database before I report you for spamming.
