Wrongly accused

I have been accused of having a TV license i know nothing about. The account number is 434942892 and has been interchangeably given to two sets of lawyers and both found no case. Now they havent cancelled the account and continuously changing from Makaula Zilwa to KRB even after faxing my affidavits. This has continued for a long time now. Please help
