That is the SMS that I have just received and there are a few BIG Issues with this.
1) The manner in which you communicate to people is UTTERLY disgusting.
2) You will never see a cent of my money as I have never had loan at SA MULTI LOAN
3) The lady I spoke to said that she will grequest the documentation. How can you sms a client without having the detail???
I think what you are doing to people is utterly disgusting! You will sort this out as I owe you nothing, and neither do I owe SA MULTI LOAN anything either.
I expect someone to call me as soon as this complaint is read. I WILL POST A COMPLAINT AGAIN IF I HAVE NOT RECEIVED FEEDBACK BY FRIDAY!!!
