That is the SMS that I have just received and there are a few BIG Issues with this.
1) The manner in which you communicate to people is UTTERLY disgusting.
2) You will never see a cent of my money as I have paid every single cent of this money to Edgars in November 2012.
3) SMS people when you are at least open for business. Your SMS was received on Saturday at 3pm, tried calling your office and you are only open until 1pm on Saturdays.
4) If I owed Edgar's money, why was I permitted to close my account with them after I paid my balance in full in November 2012?
5) You are a law firm (supposedly), why are you not able to spell or construct a grammatically correct sentence? The above-mentioned SMS would make an English-professor keel over in agony.
I think what you are doing to people is utterly disgusting! You will sort this out as I owe you nothing, and neither do I owe Edgars or Jet anything either.
I expect someone to call me as soon as this complaint is read. I WILL POST A COMPLAINT AGAIN IF I HAVE NOT RECEIVED FEEDBACK BY TUESDAY!!!
