I had a credit card with FNB but you due to being retrenched I was not abled to repay the credit. The account was handed over the above mentioned company. They had contacted me and we had mutually agreed that an amount of R1200 may be deducted monthly from my account. The problem I have is that they have never provided me with any documentation neither do they send any statements so that you can see the balances they just happily continue to deduct money. This November they suddenly decided that it was within their rights to go and deduct an amount of R3400 from my account withou notifying me or even first gaining my approval they just took my money. They cannot be viewed as a debt collection service they are just a bunch of. Everytime I call their offices - they transfer me to people who either tell me that the person I'm looking for is not in or they promise to get back to me with details about the account but never do. What kind of rogue behaviour is this imperialists can't run the country anymore so now they have taken to people for their hard earned money. Left 2 emails and even called the offices yesterday but still no reply.
