After my previous complaint I dealt with Victoria's manager Thabo. They still have not resolved the problem I had with my insurance provider. Victoria gave me a brief call last week Friday to hear if I had any feedback from my insurer, when I answered the I had not, she put the phone down in my ear without any further comment. Today, after fighting it out with my insurer myself and finally getting an answer from them, she phoned me again. She asked the same question and I gave her the same answer, she was about to put the phone down once again before I stopped her to ask what she was going to do about the situation. She replied that she will be following up with my insurance, I asked her what she has been doing for the last month and a half and could not answer me, every time I asked her what her responsibility to Lipco's clients were, she referred me to her manager, who in the first place could also not assist me unless I did the work. These people are not a good reflection on Lipco and are incompetent to do their designated jobs. While in conversation with Veronica, she left me holding without answering my questions for 5 full minutes and then hung up on me, disgraceful!!!
