I have been paying my MTN account monthly, but my balance stays the same R11, 375.18, when I request a statement, I'm given a website to log on to get my statement. Therefore, I called MTN Legal on the 14th November 2013, and they given me a balance of R543.19. So I owe MTN R543.00 but I must pay R11 375.18??? R543 MULTIPLIED BY 21, THAT'S WHAT YOU WHAT ME TO PAY???
