Out of nowhere I received a mail from VVM with a Vodacom outstanding invoice.
This morning I received an SMS warning me to contact VVM "to avoid a judgment". I actually tried calling but there was a problem with the number.
I disputed the Vodacom contract cancellation right from the start, but this was in 2009.
I have not acknowledged or paid this debt, judgment has not been taken, and more than 3 years have passed, therefore this claim has prescribed.
Please feel free to contact me personally to finally put this issue to rest.
You are the third set of lawyers trying to extort this money from me o.b.o. Vodacom. I already have tons of paperwork associated with this, and I've wasted enough time on this already
