I received an sms stating there is a trace locator on my credit profile, this is illegal as this may only be done if the contact details on credit beureu are inaccurate, but i am constantly smsed, emailed and called regarding my payments which are made on time every month and as per their stated amount. I am constantly harrased by them sying i will have legal action against me whci is against section 40 of cpa. I pay every month on time and yet the day after i make payment they are harrasing me for the next months payment. I want this trace locator removed immediatley.
