Shocking service from SSDF yet again

I have written about the disgraceful service received from SSDF with regard to a TV licence that I do not have - I don't have a TV any longer as I have told SSDF employees on numerous occasions, as well as sending SMSs. Today I get a call from someone at SSDF - no name - wanting to speak to Mrs Christine - Christine WHO - she doesn't know!! I asked what it was about - she refused to say - when I said was it about a TV licence she refused to comment - she wanted to speak to Mrs Christine. I asked what the surname was - she doesn't know. She then put the phone down on me - not the first time this has happened by a SSDF employee.
When will SSDF accept that I no longer have a TV, I gave it away when I went overseas at the beginning of the year. And yet I am told that I have to provide the gardener's ID and contact details to whom I gave my old TV!?!? What absolute nonsense. Maybe SABC should be chasing the millions of people that don't have a TV licence instead of the people who have paid - I have all my licences going back to 1994. I NO LONGER HAVE A TV. Sort your employees out SSDF and stop harassing me.
