The lady by name of Heidi is very diffiant, condescending, abrupt and disrepectfull. Her listening is next to none and have a way of being sarcastic and have no regard to a client.
You guys have listed my account and I have indicated that I am currently unemployed and with you huus listing my name by the credit berue it is not helping and I cannot even find a Job. How will I be able to pay for the account if I do not get a Job and how will enter the markert when you guys have listed my account. This is not of my own accord but the circumstances that I am faced with. I hope someone will be able to assist so I deal with this matter it is ruining my life.
