No Service, left very confused

I used this company 2 years ago, to help me with my tax return, because I am totally useless when it comes to anything tax and money related. The first year I received great service, and was relieved that all my dealings were in order. I received a mail from them 2012, asking if I would like to continue using their service, which I obviously agreed to. Only to be handed over to an inexperienced intern, who had to collect all types of information from me again, even after submitting all my invoices/slips etc, and already being on their system. I then heard NOTHING from them for MONTHS. After numerous unanswered emails, I eventually get told that I mustn't worry, it only needs to be submitted by November. January 2013 came, and I heard nothing. I emailed again in Feb 2013, still nothing. I emailed and got a response in March from Hanlie Brand, saying it had been submitted and they were waiting on the audit and that she will contact me as soon as this had happened. To date I have not received anything from SARS regarding 2012, and I have not received a bill for the "services" that Lipco supplied. Do I just have the worst luck?
