I contacted hellopeter on 16 July with my problem of MTN not resolving case. VVM responded the same day and Marium went the extra mile in contacting MTN and doing follow-up and checking the facts.
At first MTN claimed wrongly that a credit was done etc, BUT In the end a positive outcome was achieved to my satisfaction and my problem solved.
