A letter of demand was sent to me and they requested R8 276.00, which i paid on the 14/06/2013... i then went to an MTN store in Blue Route Mall and they helped me with the re-connection of my line... a week later i was bombarded with letters of demands and phone calls demanding R9426.60 which i chose to ignore... i then went to Blue route MTN again and they confirmed that the account is in good standing and the amount requested is actually the amount i would have to pay to cancel the contract.
