I have been handed over by MTN for an arrear account. in 2012 the amount owed to this Collection services was R7300.00. To Date i have paid R6800.00. The consultants tells me today that i still owe R5300.00.
they are total rip offs! i will be contacting the Cellular Ombudsman to settle this matter. i WILL NOT BE PAYING THE BALANCE.
