According to this agent, Chief's Masters Office selected them to run the case of my father's assets, we were told by the principal' wife's children that we must attend the meeting to come & sign for what is due to us, no letter whatsoever was formally sent to us & we asked them to supply us with proof of appointment but still today we haven't received it
They read the list of assets supplied by the executor which we know they were incomplete, valuations were done back in 2001 & we also felt they were incorrect, then we verbally agree with Mr All Reginald that we have to appoint the independent valuators to re-valuate the assets, however we haven't received any response from them
Note that this issue is being dragging since 2010
