Paid my SABC lenience fee but made a mistake on the bank reference, called SABC and they corrected it with one call - 5 emails later to SSD i am still getting DEMAND emails... after this was corrected at the SABC. Total lack of communication, total incompetence, total sickening experience wonder how other people feel about this company??? - i eventually paid them R100-00 just to stop sending me automated emails after my 5 attempts to communicate with them.
