Got an SMS from MBD saying my account has been handed over for non-payment, and I must call them on a JHB number to make arrangements.
At no time have they made any effort to contact me, and they clearly have my contact number.
The thing is, my license is up to date, so they have the incorrect information, and their process is flawed - I will not be calling them.
But request they fix their processes and stop this SPAM!
