Glambox made a big mistake in joining forces with you as you cannot uphold what they stood for - Excellence and customer service.
Ive been sending emails since February waiting for an order. I was initially told it would reach me in 5 to 14 days but its April already and still I wait.
Your phone lines are always busy and you seem to blatantly ignore my emails.
Just sending some generic response that it is on its way, Is it travelling the world? how does 2 boxes take almost 2 months to reach me?
Im done waiting I want a refund and I want to cancel my subscription to this service.
I cannot deal with such incompetence and blatant disregard for customer service.
