I had heard how shocking the service was of this company, but I still ordered two small items from them, for a birthday present, for my sister. I followed up continuously and never received feedback. After 2 weeks I was told the one item wasn't in stock and they would refund me. Needless to say this order is now approaching the end of the 4 th week, I never received the item in time for my sisters birthday and I have had no word about my refund. The person I am dealing with just does not feel the need to respond to me at all. I will not recommend 5rooms to anyone. They just don't seem to be bothered with keeping customers happy. Shocking!!!
