Purchased a voucher from City Slickers for watch central. As per their voucher, goods will be delivered 10/14 days from payment. Its been two & a half months since our purchase, so we asked City Slickers to assist however communication has been extremely poor and have offered very limited help. Seems like city slickers does not do back ground checks on suppliers & there is no accountability for potential poor service or.
We have sent many emails to both City Slickers & watch central with replies of only empty promises.
I would like to advise consumers to be aware of potentially being by unscrupulous & unethical companies like the above mentioned.
Companies have no right to take the consumers funds & not be able to provide a service or product as promised.
