I purchased 2 watches via City Slickers about 20 April. They and the supplier have told me after about their delays... including " at the warehouse", "internet lines down, taken Telkom 2 weeks to repair". I was given a tracking number by email from City Slickers on 29 May, but could not find on SAPO website, so I emailed them, then I had a phone call on 31 May to say they had been posted that day and I could collect by Wednesday. When I could not find the reference number on "Track 'n Trace" again, their excuse was "it will be posted on this Friday - not last Friday"... I demanded a refund, and when I sent my email to City Slickers with my banking details, they replied and said they need my banking details... ridiculous... I resent my email... Today, I received a refund for ONE watch only, which I again queried with City Slickers. A few hours later, I get an email from CAG Holdings with a tracking number!! TOO LATE for promises. Looking on hellopeter, I realise what a CitySlickers and CAG have going on. Generic replies to all complaints from CitySlicker too on every complaint. What a joke!!
