Disappointment!

It's regarding delivery of flowers to my wife yesterday - it didn't happen.
What frustrates me is that I called your call center more than 3 times to expedite delivery only to be told that the flowers have not left yet your offices yet.

My wife was a bit sad that the flowers didn't reach her at her work, but none the less she waited the whole day yesterday hoping to at least see them, no matter what time. That to, didn't happen.
I'm a loyal customer and if you look at my profile, it will reflect.
I'm very disappointed and the worse part - is that she is pregnant and due in 3 months. You can now understand the magnitude of the disappointment.

I'm bringing this to your attention to maybe put some additional measures in place to cater for these demands. You guys run a great business which I've been privy to many years but it takes one instance like this to turn it all around.
A few of my friends in my social circle have also been negatively impacted by this and have opted to use another supplier in this industry, me as well.
