The advert on Netforist was for 24 roses which was duly ordered and paid for.
However, when the 24 roses in cellophane arrived, there were only 21...
I immediately sent an e-mail as you must inform them within 48 hours if you're not satisfied. That was last Friday. It is now Wednesday and I've had no feedback from Netflorist.
This has not been the first time less flowers were sent than advertised & ordered but I chalked it up to a mistake. Now I'm not so sure anymore and wonder if they don't make it policy to short supply and thus make more profit on an item.
