No Response on Refund

Accoutn paid into:1005594937, Traceid: VODS6XLQN19B, REF: GO-111665-0-3771, DATE OF MAPYMENT:10-03-2013.I made a payment in error into their account by mistake. Was supposed to have been paid to Pennington waves for a deposit for accommodation package that I bought from city slicker. I did send them an email on the 11/03/2013 and they responded on the 12/03/2013 advising that they are able to pick up the payment and that they will refund me back once i have provided them with my banking details where the money came from which i did and that was the last time that i heard from theom on my side. I have sent them numorous email asking for feed back and no response from their side. The worse part is that they do not even have a contact number where you can contact them so every communication is on email and an automated response that says they will contact you after 48 hours and still you get nothing on their side. This is so unprofessional as we have to work on trust from both sides. Account department should be aware of the flow of money, if money is received but no voucher was issued they should contact they by email just to find out as towhat it was for not to just sit with money...
