I placed an order on this website and paid via credit card for the items. I received my coupon with no instruction on how to proceed. I phoned their help desk after ward and confirmed no action was needed from my side and that the item will be delivered within 3-4 weeks. It has now been almost 6weeks and I have received no further communication from the company. I have also logged a support query where I received an initial response but nothing further for over a weeks, despite me following up with them.
