On Monday morning I ordered flowers and some chocolates with the hope that they would be delivered as a surprise for a friend on the same day. When I emailed later in the day, I was informed that they had not received a confirmation of my EFT from Standard Bank. I downloaded a PDF confirmation which I sent through and was informed that delivery would be made the next day.
It is the end of Thursday and the delivery has not been made yet. Of course this is now no longer a surprise for my friend. I am not in South Africa and I have called the NetFlorist Centre every day sinceTuesday and I keep getting informed that I will be called back or emailed after they find out what happened from the delivery centre. No one has contacted me back. Nobody is even replying to my emails when I mail [Email Removed] My international dialling bill just from trying to trace the where about of the flowers is now almost the same prie as the flowers and I am still no where near finding out what happened.
