I am feeling so betrayed and being a hands ball. All i want is my refund as i was promised, i get claims from your department that my monies was paid to me, i have never received a refund. Can i get my refund ASAP, i am even scared to purchase from you again, please take responsibility before you loose your valued and pontential buyers.
