Via Media needs to be prosecuted/ Unwanted billing

My phone received a sim swap early in September. After the sim swap I continued with my normal day to day activities. I received a message from MTN on the 28 October stating that my account is R 4695 overdue. I called went to the nearest MTN branch that could assist and asked them what up? They responded with it's content charges to a company VIA MEDIA, I have never heard of them before and have not subscribed for any such service. Via Media can't assist and isn't a real business they just steel hard working peoples money. I don't know how they got me number but only MTN is to blame for not protecting my number from social networking.

I demand a refund and can't pay for something I'f not used and subscribed for!!!
