I have been a seller on BOB for a few years now. I have never had problems until recently when a new seller started complaining about my "multiple listings" Since then, I have change the description on EVERY single item. Today I receive a called from a very rude "Ntathu Myeza" who discussed the issue of my ads, i explained the situation to him and also asked if he could find that any1 of my items where the same, i would delete them. A few seconds later, BOB closed all my items.
BOB have no back up for the sellers. There are thousands of duplicated items on their website, best start deleting every1's. We are paying for the items being sold, not like it's a free service.
Message to BOB:
BEFORE ACCUSING ME AND CLOSING MY ITEMS, PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE YOUR FACTS IN ORDER. EVERY ITEM OF MINES LISTED IS DIFFERENT AND I MADE SURE OF THAT BECAUSE OF THE NUMBEROUS COMPLAINTS FROM THE SAME . U BETTER EXAMINE EACH OF MY ITEMS AND IF YOU CAN TELL ME THEY ARE ALL EXACTLY THE SAME, I WILL DELETE THE ITEMS MYSELF, BUT IF YOU DELET MY ITEMS BECAUSE YOU "THINK" THEY ARE ALIKE, I WILL TAKE THIS FURTHER.
