I recently had an issue with Netflorist but i'm glad to say that i am happy with the level of after sales service they provide, with special mention to their representative Clyde. He really went out of his was to assist me and contacted my a nuber of time to ensure my satisfaction.
Service providers are on every corner but its always a pleasure to deal with people that provide a high level of service.
